2013 Fantasy Football Mid to Late Round Sleepers

After a few fantasy football drafts as well as mock drafts in addition to the pre-season there are some additional sleepers to take note of for your drafts.  These sleepers are in no particular order, but should be players you add to your list of players to target.
Speaking of players to target; when it's your turn to draft and you see the rankings list from ESPN, Yahoo, MFL, etc. come up, it's much better to go off of your own rankings and do your best to disregard the rankings from the drafting site.

DeAngelo Williams (RB, CAR) - DeAngelo is going extremely late in drafts for a player that will not have to deal with running back by committee (RBBC).  He may not be a very solid dynasty league draft pick, but for a bye week filler and injury spot starter there are not many other options going mid-round that have this much production.

Jordan Cameron (TE, CLE) - Cameron is currently the talk of the town after a two touchdown game this preseason.  The new head coach (Rod Chudzinski) is who should be given the credit as most tight-ends under his game plan tend to succeed.  Cameron is an extremely solid back-up tight-end and injury spot starter for 2013.

Ronnie Hillman (RB, DEN) - RBBC will happen in Denver in 2013, but Montee Ball has not specifically proven that he should the starting running-back in Denver.  Hillman is going to be able to produce fantasy relevant points to the shear amount of garbage yard points he will amass in the fourth quarter of games have Peyton Manning has done his damage.

Danny Woodhead (RB, SD) - it's no mystery that Ryan Mathews isn't exactly getting it done in San Diego, but he will still be the starter for the Chargers.  Danny Woodhead is interesting due to the number of injuries at WR in San Diego.  Woodhead will be in on many passing downs and if you are in a PPR league that means solid production.  The Chargers are bound to play from behind frequently this year and will more than likely have to make a ton of passing attempts further increasing Woodhead's upside.

Cordarrelle Patterson (WR, MIN) - if you are in a dynasty league you would do well to target Patterson, but what is interesting is the upside Patterson has for any format league in 2013.  He is going extremely late in drafts (averaging 13th round) and his upside if phenomenal playing opposite Greg Jennings this year.

Carson Palmer (QB, ARZ) - I finally decided to pay attention to Palmer after he put up solid numbers against Green Bay's first string offense this preseason.  Palmer will only be a back-up QB in most leagues but if you are in a two QB league most everyone is forgetting about Palmer and he has a ton of weapons around him and the running-back situation in Arizona right now isn't exactly great.
