2013 Fantasy Football Trade Targets Week 3

David Butler - USA Today Sports
It's time to continue hunting solid trade targets.  If you are able to bundle two players for a stud that is a great thing.  There are a number of players out there that you need to start targeting.

Trade Target

Rob Gronkowski (TE, NE) - he is coming off injury in week 4 and his value remains low.  If you are able to snag him for cheap now it would do you well.  His value is not going to get lower so attack him in a trade.

Trent Richardson (RB, CLE) - he has had two hom-hum type weeks, but he is about to explode.  Maybe the only time you can get him in a trade.  He is the player to target right now.

Stevan Ridley (RB, NE) - most owners are starting to give up on Ridley but the fact is that there are not any RB's on NE that will take his place.  He is a solid buy low candidate if you are hurting at RB.

DeAngelo Williams (RB, CAR) - he has no threat to lose his starting job or lose carries to a RBBC situation.  He could come cheap in a trade and should continue to produce somewhat solid numbers.  Take a look at how many yards he has on the ground compared to all RB's it's only a matter of time before he hits the end-zone.

Torrey Smith (WR, BAL) - coming off two fairly solid weeks, his solid production should not stop and is he is worth targeting in trades.

Steve Smith (WR, CAR) - most likely the owner is thinking Steve Smith is not doing great, but Smith has a ton of upside so you can target him in trades now.

Chris Johnson (RB, TEN) - he is carrying the offense load for Tennessee and is a RB that I am targeting in trades for the remainder of the season.

Darren McFadden (RB, OAK) - he has looked extremely impressive and has a mature style of running that I haven't seen in the past.  If you are in a PPR league he has a ton of upside as a Pryor dump-off pass target.

Tom Brady (QB, NE) - coming off a less than stellar week and his WR's were having a rough time.  The weather wasn't all that great and Gronkowski is coming back soon.  If someone is willing to trade Brady it's a great time to get him.

Frank Gore (RB, SF) - Seattle shut San Fran down and Gore's numbers looked bad.  Gore will bounce back and is someone to target now.

Anquan Boldin (WR, SF) - he was nowhere to be seen last week due to Seattle defense, but expect a big bounce back and this is the time to target him in trades.

David Wilson (RB, NYG) - the owner may just give him away now.  He hasn't been doing great, but if you get him super cheap he is a fine bench stash for now.  He defines buy low.

Antonio Brown (WR, PIT) - he has a quiet week this week and he didn't draw many targets.  He is starting to complain, but I see a bounce back for Brown.

Josh Gordon (WR, CLE) - coming off a suspension he is worth attacking in trades.  He doesn't have Weddon throwing to him out of the gate, but is a huge target.

Sell

Maurice Jones-Drew (RB, JAX) - the injury is starting to bother him again and he is just not looking like the MJD of old.  He still has name brand and is worth trying to sell now.
