2011 Fantasy Football Deep Sleepers Week 12

Moving into week 12 it's time to start thinking about who to start for your injured players.

Let's dig deep here, I am assuming all the top waiver claims are gone.

Matt Moore (QB, MIA) - Matt Moore is a super boom or bust start for Week 12.  If you are hurting at QB due to injury and there aren't many options Moore's upside is there and is worth a gamble.

Matt Leinart (QB, HOU) - Andre Johnson is coming back this week and Houston is coming off a bye so hopefully some chemistry has been made.  Leinart has upside and is worth a gamble start.

Kyle Orton (QB, ???) - This is a pick for the future, I expect Orton to be a Bear in no time and should be starting soon.  Orton has upside for future weeks and is a nice stash right now.

Remember we are digging deep here to find some production:

Marion Barber (RB, CHI) - with Cutler down the Bears will rely more heavily on the run.  If you are in a TD league or in dire straights then look for Barber to get in the end-zone this week.

Bernard Scott (RB, CIN) - I have no doubt the Scott gets 10+ touches this week and going against the Browns I expect the Bengals to keep a lead and stay on the ground this week.

Shane Vereen (RB, NE) - Shane will get a couple goal line chances and I am hoping to see a TD from him this week.

CJ Spiller (RB, BUF) - if Fred Jackson doesn't go you can find Spiller on the waiver wire.  He is a boom or bust candidate but worth a gamble in week 12.

Harry Douglas (WR, ATL) - Julio Jones will remain out another week and I if you are in a PPR league then give Douglas a chance if you are hurting at WR.

Josh Cribbs (WR, CLE) - If you are in a TD only league and looking for someone to snake a TD this year, I would turn to Cribbs.

Denarius Moore (WR, OAK) - he was a bust last week, but this is the week he will show his upside and is worth the gamble, but take note he could give you minimal production.

Scott Chandler (TE, BUF) - if you are in a PPR league or just need a TE to fill in then look to Chandler to give you some production.
