2015 Fantasy Football Waiver Wire Week 1

Kyle Terada - USA Today Sports
Let's get ready for week 1! QB, RB, WR, and TE waiver wire week 1 pick-ups to start building up your bench.

Double Check (just in case):

Carson Palmer (QB, ARZ) - Palmer has incredible upside and a strong offense. He has attempted the most over 15 yard throws and is solid from a fantasy perspective.

Teddy Bridgewater (QB, MIN) - most likely is not on your waiver wire, but I like him more than Joe Flacco, David Carr, or Andy Dalton as well as others.

Must Grab:

David Johnson (RB, ARZ) - not on too many waiver wires, but he looked so sharp in pre-season and is a RB that has a legit chance to be a starter due to Ellington's fragility.

Stevie Johnson (WR, SD) - mark my words that he will be on so many waiver wire lists over the next couple weeks. He is a huge target for a solid QB and in a good situation.

Owen Daniels (TE, DEN) - Peyton Manning's TE and it's unbelievable he is on so many waiver wires. Please go grab him right now.

Spot-Starter:

Blake Bortles (QB, JAX) He is having an incredible pre-season and he will climb the ladder of waiver wire pick-ups quickly at the beginning of the season.

Ty Montgomery (WR, GB) - if you are in a dynasty league then Ty is a must grab; he will end up being the third WR in GB and will get some share of targets.

Kendall Wright (WR, TEN) - he is available in many leagues and is the clear #1 WR in Tennessee. I love his upside with Mariota and will be a solid bye-week filler.

Marcus Mariota (QB, TEN) - he is built for performing well in the NFL and we will find out quickly how he fairs, but my bet is that he will be a solid back-up QB in 2015.

Watch:

Fred Jackson (RB, Free Agent) - if he were to land at Dallas or a team that he would be instantly inserted than he is someone to watch.

Michael Crabtree (WR, OAK) - keep an eye on his progress, he has a chance to bounce back in 2015.
